Gracie and Molly went to visit Santa today. We have been waiting for a rainy day to go when Daddy was home from work so we could all go together! We have been prepping by seeing Santa from a far at other malls, and meeting him briefly this weekend at Breakfast with Santa at St Bernie with Aunt Eloise and the Coyne boys. Grace has never really had any fear of Santa but this year we talked about it a lot just so she didnt get up there and freak out. Molly was a rockstar and didn't even flinch at Santa. She actually flirted with him and gave him a huge smile when we sat her on his lap. Smart girl. I also included last years picture of the girls and Santa- crazy how much they grow in just a year! Grace told Santa how she wants a fire station, new slippers, Hi Ho CherryO game and a soccerball for Christmas. Lets home she gets one or two of these on her list. There has been the threat of coal a lot recently in the Dougherty house. But we have out Elf on a Shelf watching so he reports Grace & Molly's behavior back to Santa each night. Lets hope he tells Santa all the good things they do and not the bad. HA!
