Happy Birthday Grace

Today our baby girl Gracie turned 4 years old- how the hell did that happen so fast??? She amazes us each day with her outgoing personality, sense of humor and love of life. Since the moment I held her, this kid had me wrapped around her finger. She is such a piece of work this kid- we just love her!

A Day at the Park

Just a few pictures from our trip to the park yesterday. It was gorgeous out today so we took advantage by bringing a picnic and our camera to the park! What a fun day! Best part of the day was when leaving Grace taking Molly's hand and walking her to the car-they are so cute!!!

Here is Grace's school picture from her nursery school. We are cracking up because she is totally gritting her teeth and very likely saying " Take the damn picture" under her breath. HA!

The Lorax

Gracie and her cousin Wyatt went to see Dr. Seuss' the Lorax last night! They loved it! It was a special night just for the big kids with their moms and dads. Molly and Wesley stayed home with babysitters. The movie was actually really cute- even cuter was watching Grace and Wyatt share their variety of snacks and chit chat during the movie.

Of all my years teaching, March 2nd was always one of my favorites- Dr. Seuss' birthday. I just love all his books. Grace is beginning to love them too. She especially likes "Wocket in my Pocket" & "Oh The Places You'll Go". And we are especially looking forward to going to see "The Lorax" at the movie theater next week

So in honor of good old Dr. Seuess, we had some green eggs ( no ham- its Lent ) for breakfast. The girls loved it. Molly ate 2 plates full- ha! Here are some pics and a little video.
