New Be-Haven

This past weekend we took a little road trip up North to New Haven, Connecticut to visit our dear friends Lilly & Jon Dukes. It was absolutely gorgeous up there this time of year! We had such a fabulous time and are already looking forward to our next trip up to New Be-Haven ( this is what Grace called it all weekend- it had a great ring to it! ) We stayed at a great hotel and the kids really were wonderful all weekend. I'm so glad we brought them with us. We did so much in just one weekend: went to the beach, went to Connecticuts oldest house, went to an orchard, a petting zoo, did a wine tasting, walked the campus of Yale, had some delicious meals, ate at a vegetarian restaurant ( crazy for these 4 meat eaters ), overlooked the town of New Haven high above East Rock Park. I could go on and on. Everything we did was so fun and we couldnt have had 2 better hosts/tour guides. Grace & Molly just love Jon & Lil and all the attention and love they give our girls. The next trip back to New Be-Haven cant come soon enough! Here are the pictures from the weekend.

Molly's 1st Phillies Game

Last month we took Molly to her 1st Phillies game! By this age, Gracie had been to a few games so we realized we were slacking in the equality of the 2nd child department. Even though the Phillies lost the game we went to, it was an awesome game right up until the 9th inning. We went down to the lower level for the last inning and Grace enjoyed being near the field. The highlight of the game when we saw the Phanatic up close. It was like she saw Tom Cruise- totally star struck. Her new thing is when she sees me with the camera ( which is all the time ) she wants to take some pictures. So half the pictures Grace took- I'm sure you'll notice which ones. HA! Here are some pictures from the game. Only 126 days till Spring Training!

This is a picture from last year- Molly wasnt born yet but Grace insists this was Molly's first game since she was in my belly. This kid is too smart for me.\
